Part one: No ego, we go!

It was a little over two years ago, in the midst of the Pandemic, that I began my Wim Hof Method journey by purchasing the online Fundamentals course. The Wim Hof Method has helped me with several aspects of my life, some expected, some unexpected. I never imagined it would lead to me becoming a Wim Hof Method instructor a short couple of years later.

Before I became an instructor, I started to chronicle my Wim Hof Method journey on the “Medium” blogging platform. Although I’m now much more knowledgeable than I was then, I write from the perspective of someone experiencing the Wim Hof Method for the first time, and I will continue to do so. The first installment of “Taking the Wim Hof Method to The Max” is my most-viewed article on Medium, with over 1,400 views. I’m grateful for that.

I’ve since written two more installments and plan many more. In part one, I write about how I was introduced to the WHM and try to summarize it as succinctly as possible. I also delve into Wim’s history and how he discovered and developed the WHM and, with Innerfire, brought it to the masses. I hope you enjoy part one, and you have your equally powerful experience of taking the Wim Hof Method to the max!

Strength, Health & Happiness,
David
